Chen Style Tai Chi This course is excellent for beginners and new students. The basic exercises can be learnt quickly, practised anywhere and offer many of the health and relaxation benefits of Tai Chi straight away. Silk Reeling Energy exercises, Qigong Breathing Techniques and the development of an understanding of the Tai Chi principles are fundamental to all Tai Chi practice and should be continually studied and improved by all students. The course builds on these basic skills and teaches many of the Chen Style forms. The complete Chen Style Tai Chi course has five levels, the foundation course is level one and then levels 2,3,4 and 5. Please see the syllabus below for detailed information about what is included.
