7th October 2007 - Ba Duan Jin (8 Piece Brocades) Qigong Seminar
A detailed course in the Qigong forms of Ba Duan Jin. The movements shall be explained and explored both in theory and practical exercises. The seminar will include seated and standing versions of the form. For those who are interested the form will be explained and demonstrated for both health benefits and martial arts using the Shaolin version of the form.
