Northern Shaolin Kung Fu

Northern Kung Fu is a Kung Fu school based in the North West of the UK teaching Shaolin Kung Fu from Northern China.

The centre is open to everyone, regardless of age or current fitness levels and our courses have been designed to be as accessible and versatile as possible. We aim to offer something for everyone with courses in the internal arts of Tai Chi and Qigong to the more energetic exercises of Shaolin Kung Fu.

The centre is based in Preston, Lancashire close to the city centre for easy access from all locations.
