About us
Master Liming Yue
Master Liming Yue has been the "Honorary President of The Daolin Centre" since September 2006.
Master Yue has studied Shaolin martial arts, Chen Style Tai Chi and Internal Qigong. In 1995
Master Yue moved from mainland China to the United Kingdom and founded the Chen Style Tai Chi Centre in Manchester.

Instructor Phil Robinson
Phil Robinson is the "Principal Instructor" at The Daolin Centre and its founding member, he has studied
Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong, Anatomy, Physiology and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Master Shi Yi
Master Shi Yi joined us as a "Guest Instructor" in October 2008. Master Shi Yi has been trained by Chen Xiaowang
and has studied Tai Chi to its highest levels. This is a great opportunity to learn from a true master from the
Chen Village in China.

Lin Yiqun
Lin Yiqun has joined us as Shi Yi's assistant instructor in October 2008. Lin Yiqun is the vice president of Chen
Style Tai Chi Association at Shenzhen University and the drillmaster in Chen Village Tai Chi Martial Arts School.

Nigel Blakey
Nigel is an "Assistant Instructor" at the centre and has been with us since November 2006. Nigel has trained extensively
at The Daolin Centre, he has studied Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and Chen Style Tai Chi with weapons.

Michael Singleton
Michael is an "Assistant Instructor" in Tai Chi, he joined us in November 2006 and has trained intensively. He has a good
background in Martial Arts and outside of the centre he teaches Tae Kwon Do. He has trained at The Daolin Centre in Chen
Style Tai Chi.
