Shaolin Meditation and Qigong This course is an introduction to Shaolin Philosophy through Meditation and Qigong. The course includes a structured introduction to Buddhist philosophy to give a reason and focus for meditation and explores the Qigong movements of Yi Jin Jing. Each week's class will explore a new theme and teach different aspects of meditation and relaxation. We will explore standing, seated and moving meditation and how each of them can be used to increase health and relaxation in your daily life.
