Phil Robinson

Phil Robinson is the principal instructor and founder of the Daolin Centre, he practises, teaches and continues his study of Tai Chi, Qigong and Kung Fu on a daily basis. As part of his Kung Fu training Phil has also studied Daoist and Buddhist philosophies, anatomy, and physiology.

Phil has studied several styles of Tai Chi both for its health benefits and for martial purposes. He teaches Chen and Yang styles, short and long forms, and also weapons work. His Kung Fu training has also been in various styles including Traditional Shaolin Forms, Hung Gar, Northern Shaolin, Chuka and Eagle Claw.
