Kung Fu Keep Fit is a fun, easy-to-learn and effective workout for people of all ability levels. This course is based on the Kung-Fu Fitness programme.

 

The Daolin Centre

The course is run by Phil Robinson, who has a long and varied background in martial arts training. Phil has studied many styles of Kung Fu including Traditional Shaolin, Northern Longfist, Eagle Claw and Hung Gar. Learn Kung-Fu Fitness Workout Exercise ProgramThis course has been designed by taking the fundamentals of kung-fu and self-defense applications from Eagle Claw Kung Fu and blending them into a heart pumping, calorie burning workout.

It doesn't matter if you have never participated in martial arts training before. This workout can be modified to fit any fitness level. If you've tried other "kickboxing" type workouts, please understand that Kung Fu is very different when compared to karate, tae kwon do and other hard "linear" styles of martial arts. Kung Fu uses fluid, circular movements which are easier on your joints and gives you "relaxed power."

Some of the movements are stationary, meaning you will stand in one place while you punch and kick. Other movements are dynamic, meaning you will pivot, step or shift as you punch and kick. The workout is taught in a manner which allows you to easily understand the movements.
